Here are some common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need a provincial fishing license?
Yes, a fishing license is mandatory for each angler but is not included in our packages. Children fish under their parents’ license. Spouses living at the same address may fish under the same license. Please note that only guests holding both a license and fishing rights are entitled to their quota of 10 trout.
You can purchase your fishing license directly online on the “My Hunting and Fishing Account” platform.
What is the difference between a fishing right and a fishing license?
A fishing license is the right to fish on a specific lake. Fishing licenses are included in our fishing packages. A fishing license, on the other hand, is the provincial license you need to fish on most lakes in Quebec. A provincial fishing license is not included in our packages.
