Regulations

We are committed to providing you with a memorable and enjoyable experience during your stay with us. To ensure the well-being and safety of all our guests and our property, we kindly ask you to comply with the rules outlined below. In addition, this could also result in a ban from the outfitter.

Failure to Comply with Regulations: Failure to comply with one or more of these regulations may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. In addition, additional charges may be billed to you in the event of damage to the property or its contents. These additional charges do not limit your civil liability.

General Regulations

  1. Outdoor activities available depending on the weather: no refund or price adjustment in case of bad weather.
  2. To make a reservation, we require your contact information as well as a 40% deposit on a Visa or Mastercard credit card. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable at all times. This can be done by email or phone (819-325-2230) between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Following this, we will send you a confirmation email. The balance of the payment is payable on site in cash, debit, or credit.
  3. Swimming is unsupervised and is done entirely at the client’s own risk. The establishment cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident occurring during swimming.
  4. We ask that you keep the premises clean by collecting your garbage and disposing of it in designated areas.
  5. The outfitter cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the client’s personal belongings.
  6. All visitors are required to register upon arrival. Identification may be requested to verify a child’s age.
  7. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per animal. They must be kept on a leash at all times, and no behavioral issues will be tolerated. Please pick up and properly dispose of your pet’s waste.
  8. In winter, please note that for your safety and peace of mind, only our vehicles are allowed on the ice. Lake access is limited from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for your safety.
  9. In summer, in order to preserve the health of our lake, we ask that your personal paddleboards, kayaks, and inflatable games remain at home. Equipment is available for your use on site.
  10. In the event of a cancellation occurring 10 days or less before the arrival date, the full amount of the contract will be due.
  11. No refund will be given in case of late arrival or early departure.
  12. The use of drones is prohibited on site.

Accommodation Regulations

  1. Any damage caused to the accommodation or its furniture during your stay will be assessed and billed to the responsible client. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to floors, furniture, appliances, and other elements of the dwelling.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all accommodation units.
  3. Strictly follow the guidelines regarding campfires and indoor fireplaces, especially during periods of drought. Failure to comply with this rule may result in your expulsion, and you will be required to pay the full amount of your contract.
  4. An inspection of the premises is conducted after your departure to ensure that the chalet has been left in the same condition as upon your arrival. Any material damage will be billed based on the cost of repair or replacement value.
  5. At the end of your stay, please return the chalet to the condition it was in upon your arrival, including, but not limited to, doing the dishes and ensuring that the living areas are clean.
  6. The person designated as responsible at the time of booking will be held accountable for the group and for all damages caused to the facilities.
  7. Curfew: 11:00 p.m.    Chalet Check-In Time: between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.    Chalet Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

  1. A fishing license issued by the Government of Quebec is mandatory for fishing. It can be obtained online.
  2. Only one fishing line may be used at a time (except in winter) and must remain under your constant and immediate supervision.
  3. During the winter season, and depending on the zones, the use of up to 5 fishing lines is permitted, provided they remain under your constant supervision.
  4. The use of baitfish, live or dead (minnows), is strictly prohibited.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to release catches back into the water or give them away.
  6. The operation of boats is reserved exclusively for persons aged 18 and over.
  7. The limit of 10 trout in possession per license and fishing right must be strictly observed. Please note that reaching this quota is not guaranteed.
  8. Recording your catches is mandatory upon your return to the dock.
  9. Fish gutting must be done in the shelter provided for this purpose.
  10. Wildlife officers may intervene at any time on the outfitter’s territory to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  11. Day Fishing: To make a reservation, a 40% deposit by credit card is required. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable but transferable in case of a storm. The balance is payable on site in cash, debit, or credit. Reservations can be made daily between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by email or phone at 819-325-2230.
